Davidsson et al SciRep 2016

Over the last four years we have in MNM worked very hard to develop a novel technique for viral vector barcoding and the generation of highly diverse libraries for detailed assessment of biological functions in vivo.

Applications of this technique are near endless with obvious applications in both connectomics and the generation of novel viral vector serotype. The road has been long and winding but it is now bearing exciting fruit. The first paper in this research line is now finally published in Scientific Reports. Congratulations to first author Marcus Davidsson! A couple of very cool applications are now well under way to be published. Keep your eyes open and watch this spot...
